Sorry I've been flagging a bit on posts recently, I've been super busy! But I'm back with lots of new things to show you and also products to review!
So today I am going to show you my newest member of my eyeshadow palette family! I am not a big eyeshadow person, I usually only wear it on weekends. But when I do wear it I like to try fancy looks and make the most of it. I have lots of amazing cheap palettes which are fantastic, but I decided I needed a more higher branded palette other than my naked palette. So I went onto my fave website - www.beautybay.com - and I ordered the Stila 'in the light' palette.
I haven't tried any Stila products before so I thought this would be a good one to go with as I liked the colours in the palette. It was £25 which I think is a fair price, and I wanted to get a more expensive palette anyway as they usually have better pigmentation/easier to blend.
The colours are all amazing and so pigmented. There are a lot of colours that will be perfect for the autumn/winter which I am super looking forward to using!! They blend really easy and are very comparable to the naked eyeshadows.
I love the fact you also get a mini look book with your palette which shows you different looks you can create with the eyeshadows. That is perfect for me as I usually don't wear eyeshadows so don't know what looks to try out.
You also get a retractable eyeliner pencil too which is amazing. It is smudge proof and really black.
I really am impressed with this palette so far and as it's my first Stila product I am 100% going to order something from the brand again. This is a perfect palette to start off your eyeshadow collection with as it's got all the basic colours and the darker dramatic colours too. I can't wait to start trying out looks with this!
